Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During periods of high order volume, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via trusted Canadian carriers. Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier performance.
Typical delivery estimates:
● Alberta: 1–4 business days after shipment
● Western Canada: 2–6 business days
● Central & Eastern Canada: 4–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
While we work diligently to ship orders promptly, House of Comfort™ is not responsible for delays caused by:
● Shipping carrier disruptions
● Weather conditions
● High seasonal demand
● Address errors provided at checkout
● Events beyond our control (force majeure)
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. House of Comfort™ is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Delivered but Not Received Packages
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with:
● Household members or neighbours
● Building concierge or reception
● Your local post office
If the package remains missing, please contact us at hello@myhouseofcomfort.com. In certain cases, we may request a police report before determining next steps. This requirement is applied at our discretion to prevent fraudulent claims.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
● Clear photographic evidence
● Your order number
We will review the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
